If you move permanently into ISCC, you receive a 5% discount from the then current rate for ISCC.

Independent Residency (i.e. Villas/Cottages/Lofts) = 100% of your Immanuel at Home Enrollment Fee will be credited against the Independent Living Entry Fee or towards community fee for Independent Living Rental.
